What counts towards cashback?
Eligible payments
- Fully paid eligible recurring-service invoices
- The eligible portion of a mixed invoice
- Configurable options as part of their parent service
Excluded from the calculation
- Colocation services and their associated add-ons
- Taxes and the discounted portion of a payment
- Amounts covered by cashback or promotional credit
Time counts once.
Several services running at the same time do not multiply your loyalty months. Prepaid future months count as they pass. Existing eligible paid history counts; colocation periods do not.
Refunds adjust the reward. Configurable options do not generate a separate reward.
